Details
The Order Partially Amending the Enforcement Regulation of the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act changes the number of copies to be submitted for permit applications and other documents, and adds situations in which there is a risk of hindering the protection of business participants. It also adds matters to be explained before the formation of real estate specified joint enterprise contracts and enhances the information required in property management reports. In addition, it enhances the matters to be posted on websites and other platforms by real estate specified business operators and others conducting electronic transaction business.
The supervisory notes were amended with respect to content related to [2], [3], and [4] of the Enforcement Regulation amendments, while the Electronic Transaction Business Guidelines were amended with respect to content related to [5].
