Balances for government short-term securities underwriting, refinancing of discount short-term government bonds, and purchases of government short-term securities and sales of government short-term securities and discount short-term government bonds for the Government Debt Consolidation Fund and Fiscal Loan Fund were ¥0. Long-term Japanese government bond sell-buyback balances were ¥275,528 hundred million for the Government Debt Consolidation Fund (k) and ¥0 for the Fiscal Loan Fund (l).
“(2) Flow Table” gives monthly changes in balances or transaction amounts. All changes, transaction amounts, and redemptions relating to underwriting of government short-term securities and discount short-term government bonds, purchases of government short-term securities, and sales of government short-term securities and discount short-term government bonds were ¥0. For long-term Japanese government bond sell-buybacks, the figures for the Government Debt Consolidation Fund (Q–S) were −¥9,821 hundred million, ¥265,085 hundred million, and −¥363,296 hundred million, respectively; those for the Fiscal Loan Fund (T–V) were each ¥0.
