Overview
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is considering the future of the construction industry as a sustainable growth industry and measures to realize it, as nearly 10 years have passed since it compiled the “Construction Industry Policy 2017+10: Let Us Talk to Young People About Tomorrow’s Construction Industry” in 2017.
In July 2026, the ministry held the Study Meeting on the Future of the Construction Industry as a Sustainable Growth Industry and has been advancing discussions. The study meeting plans to establish working groups to examine corporate evaluation and bidding and procurement systems from an expert perspective.
