Overview
The Radio Regulatory Council will publish two evaluation results on the degree of effective radio spectrum utilization, their summaries, and the results of the comment solicitation after receiving the FY2025 radio usage survey report from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. The evaluation covers various radio systems and frequency bands above 714 MHz, as well as public service radio stations.
Under Article 26-3 of the Radio Act, which is Act No. 131 of 1950, the evaluation results will be reported to the Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications, and their summaries will be published.
