Taking the opportunity of newly assuming the position of principal, the project implements a practical program centered on management-related challenges. The training combines in-person and online formats.
Results reports are provided for Reiwa 4 fiscal year, Reiwa 5 fiscal year, and Reiwa 6 fiscal year. The training materials consist of STEP1 training videos, the STEP2 practical program manual, and STEP3 training videos serving as a summary.
