Importance of Mid-Career Hire Onboarding
To enable personnel with diverse experiences and expertise from private companies to quickly adapt to the workplace and duties of each ministry and agency and fully utilize their abilities and knowledge, consistent initiatives from recruitment through the hiring process to post-hiring adaptation and retention are necessary. The National Personnel Authority provides systematic support by creating comprehensive guidebooks to support consistent initiatives in each ministry and agency.
"Guidebook for Recruitment, Onboarding, and Career Success Support of Mid-Career Hires in Public Service"

Training for Practical Experience Hires

This training aims to support mid-career hires in acquiring basic mindset and practical knowledge as civil servants and smoothly starting their civil service careers.
Comprehensive Support System Development
Through these initiatives, the National Personnel Authority promotes creating an environment where mid-career hires can quickly adapt to public organizations and contribute to organizations by leveraging their expertise and experience cultivated in private companies. By combining guidebooks and practical training, a system is established that supports the success of mid-career hires from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
