Implementation System for Career Support Training
The National Personnel Authority conducts Career Support Training 20 and Career Support Training 30 for employees in their 20s and 30s, and also implements career support training for female employees in cooperation with the Cabinet Secretariat Cabinet Personnel Affairs Bureau. Advancing career development support requires comprehensive and systematic initiatives including career training, career interviews, various innovations in personnel management, and provision and support of growth opportunities for employees. The National Personnel Authority has created a guidebook that summarizes comprehensive and systematic initiatives for career development support, referring to various advanced cases in both public and private sectors to support career development support in each ministry and agency.
The guidebook consists of 9 chapters, covering a wide range from the overall picture of career development support to specific implementation methods and evaluation techniques, from Chapter 1 "Necessity of Career Development Support in Public Organizations" to Chapter 9 "Evaluation and Verification of Initiatives - Special Feature: Career Development Support Extends Beyond Organizations."
