Eligible applicants are local public bodies that manage local-government-managed airports in the target areas. When a local public body provides an indirect subsidy to a municipality or private business operator, it must impose the conditions and other requirements stipulated in Article 24 of the grant guidelines.
Applicants must review the application guidelines and submit a project plan and other documents. They may consult individually with the designated contact office about the method for calculating the storage capacity of fueling facilities and details of eligible seismic improvement projects.
