Overview
This is the second call for applications under the Zero-Emission Vessel Construction Promotion Project, based on the FY2025 supplementary budget. Under its cooperation with the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism will support projects that develop the production facilities and other equipment necessary for constructing zero-emission vessels and other ships.
The framework targets ships and other vessels that use hydrogen, ammonia, or electricity (batteries) as propulsion energy sources and promotes the establishment of a domestic supply system and market adoption.
