June 2026 Construction Orders Survey Results (Top 50 Firms)

This material presents the results of the Construction Orders Survey (Top 50 Firms) covering June 2026. Dated July 31, 2026, it presents year-on-year changes in private construction and the total construction orders trend.

The main text describes factors behind the decline in private construction by industry and then reports the changes in private construction and the total, respectively. Multiple tables, graphs, and tabulation materials are also attached for reviewing the results.

Private construction decreased by 22.5% year on year and declined for four consecutive months because transportation, manufacturing, real estate, and other industries decreased. The total increased by 2.3% year on year, marking the first increase in four months.
