Loans among assets amounted to 68 trillion 37 billion yen, foreign exchange amounted to 12 trillion 13 billion 446 million 961 thousand yen, and money trusts holding exchange-traded funds linked to stock indexes as trust assets amounted to 37 trillion 23 billion 515 million 788 thousand yen.

Cash refers to payment currency disbursed in response to requests from financial institutions and others. Corporate bonds include bonds issued by real estate investment corporations. Money trusts include beneficial interests in exchange-traded funds linked to stock indexes and purchased through trust banks, as well as investment units in real estate investment corporations.
Foreign exchange includes deposits with foreign central banks, the Bank for International Settlements, and others; government bonds and other securities of foreign governments and others; foreign-currency investment trusts; and loans under US dollar funds-supplying operations. Other deposits are deposits held by foreign central banks and others.
Under the Loan Support Fund, funds supplied to support increases in lending amounted to 39 trillion 105 billion 900 million yen. Of the loans, those provided through operations such as funds-supplying operations against pooled collateral, support for financial institutions in disaster-affected areas, and funds-supplying operations to support responses to climate change amounted to 28 trillion 931 billion 100 million yen.
Agency accounts refer to deposits of payment funds and other amounts held with Bank of Japan agents entrusted with treasury and government bond operations. Miscellaneous accounts among liabilities and net assets record other liabilities and current-period profit or loss, and also record the previous fiscal year's profit or loss from April until the disposition of the previous fiscal year's surplus.
