Trump Revises Mutual Tariff Exemption List President Donald Trump issued an executive order on September 5 revising items exempt from mutual tariffs. The order modified Annex 2 of the April mutual tariff executive order, removing specific aluminum hydroxide, resins, and silicone products while adding metal-related products and specific critical minerals and pharmaceuticals under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.
