Food-related exhibitors were the majority, with traditional Mexican cuisine and fast food joined by growing interest in Asian cuisine. "Kokkiri Ricedog," specializing in Korean-style hot dogs, is a brand opened by Koreans in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, using imported Korean ingredients. The established sushi chain "Sushi Roll" with over 100 domestic stores also exhibited. The related event "Feria Internacional de Franquicias" is scheduled for March 6-8, 2026, in Mexico City.
