It provides detailed analysis of SME management conditions and support measure effectiveness during the recovery phase from COVID-19 impacts.
SME Management Status and Challenges A survey of approximately 50,000 SMEs nationwide reveals that sales recovery has been uneven across regions and industries. While some sectors have returned to pre-pandemic levels, others continue to face challenges including labor shortages, raw material cost increases, and digital transformation needs.
Effectiveness of Support Measures Analysis shows that government support programs contributed significantly to SME survival and growth during the crisis period. Subsidy programs, financing support, and business consultation services demonstrated measurable positive impacts on business continuity and employment maintenance.
