FY2026 Prefectural Land Price Survey Data Publication and Update
Overview
For the FY2026 Prefectural Land Price Survey, prices and detailed data for individual points will be published through the Real Estate Information Library and the National Land Numerical Information Download Site. The Real Estate Information Library will also update its designated emergency evacuation places data to reflect information as of September 4, 2026. The survey data can be viewed on maps, overlaid with other information, provided through an API, and downloaded in GIS formats.

Overview
For the FY2026 Prefectural Land Price Survey, as of July 1, 2026, prices and detailed data for individual points based on land price surveys published by each prefecture will be published through the Real Estate Information Library and the National Land Numerical Information Download Site.
In addition, the Real Estate Information Library will update the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan's designated emergency evacuation places data to reflect information as of September 4, 2026.
Details
The Real Estate Information Library allows users to view prices and other information for individual land price survey points on maps. The data can be used by overlaying it with other price information, urban planning data, disaster prevention information, and population information, and data is also provided through an API.
The National Land Numerical Information Download Site allows users to download land price survey data in GIS formats. The supported formats are Shapefile, GML, GeoJSON, and CSV.
The update applies to the Real Estate Information Library, and the data source is the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan's designated emergency evacuation places data.
