FY2026 Round 2 Model Projects Selected for Longer-Lived Condominiums

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced the results of the second FY2026 selection for the Condominium Stock Longevity and Other Model Project, which supports pioneering regeneration projects that contribute to the consideration of regeneration and the extension of the service life of aging condominiums. Of 11 entities and 11 projects proposed, 8 entities and 8 projects were selected based on the evaluation results of an expert evaluation committee. Under the Leading Regeneration Model Type, 5 planning support projects and 3 construction support projects were selected, while there were no proposals or selections under the Management Optimization Model Type. Details
The selection results are divided between the Leading Regeneration Model Type and the Management Optimization Model Type. The Leading Regeneration Model Type includes planning support for the startup and preparation stages before a project begins, and construction support for the implementation stage of renovation and rebuilding works aimed at extending service life and achieving other objectives. The Management Optimization Model Type includes planning support for the startup and preparation stages before a project begins, and renovation construction support for large-scale and repair works needed to improve management standards.
In the second FY2026 selection, the numbers of proposals and selections were 8 and 5 for planning support under the Leading Regeneration Model Type, 3 and 3 for construction support, 0 and 0 for planning support under the Management Optimization Model Type, and 0 and 0 for renovation construction support, respectively.
The application period for the third FY2026 selection is specified as Monday, September 14 to Friday, September 18, 2026.
