It also covers establishing loan consultation offices, simplifying required documents, expediting loans, and deferring repayments.
For securities companies and similar entities, the request covers cooperation with reissuance procedures when securities have been lost and, to the fullest extent possible, same-day payment of sale or redemption proceeds for deposited securities and similar assets.
For life insurance companies, nonlife insurance companies, and small-amount short-term insurance providers, the request covers guidance on filing claims when the contract details can be confirmed, expedited insurance payments, and extensions of grace periods for paying insurance premiums.
