With the addition of the cruise booking function to its procedures domain, a nationwide platform will be established for handling online booking coordination for cruise ship berths.

The introduction of this function is an initiative to facilitate booking coordination between shipping agents and port managers and make it easier to proceed with procedures based on each port's acceptance policies and booking status. It will digitally reinforce port-side reception systems to accommodate more port calls and future demand growth.

For port managers, cruise ship reception-related booking tasks will be easier to organize, potentially reducing administrative burdens on staff and improving coordination efficiency. Shipping agents will be able to complete booking procedures efficiently while checking the booking reception status of each port.

The duplicate-booking detection function displays an alert when booking applications are submitted to multiple ports for the same vessel at the same date and time.
