Overview
The Asia-Pacific Telecommunity's WRC Conference Preparatory Group, or APG, is responsible for regional preparations to revise international radio regulations.
Looking ahead to the 2027 World Radiocommunication Conference, WRC-27, APG27-3 will coordinate the positions of countries and regions in the Asia-Pacific region and consolidate shared perspectives that will form the basis for joint proposals.

Key agenda items include consideration of new spectrum use for mobile communication systems such as 6G, mobile-satellite services and frequency allocations for direct-to-device satellite communications, and the development of regional proposals on agenda items to be addressed at WRC-27.
