The total excluding units under 30 square meters, considering the increase in individual acquisition of studio condominiums under 30 square meters, decreased 2.8% month-over-month to 113.5, while condominiums excluding units under 30 square meters decreased 4.9% month-over-month to 102.9 (2010 average = 100).
This index includes vacation homes, second homes, and investment properties not captured in existing housing transaction volumes from the Housing and Land Survey, serving as an important indicator for more comprehensive understanding of existing housing market trends.
