Okayama Prefecture faces a serious problem of social outflow among young people and women, and detailed analysis focusing on inter-prefectural social population changes has been conducted. Through data organization and comparative analysis with other prefectures, the unique patterns and challenges of population outflow specific to Okayama Prefecture have been revealed.

Comparative analysis with other prefectures examined regions with similar population sizes and industrial structures to Okayama Prefecture, verifying the factors contributing to social outflow and the effectiveness of countermeasures. The data analysis results identified industrial structural transformation, strengthening collaboration with educational institutions, and creating work environments favorable to women as important improvement measures.
The article concludes that through data-based analysis of current conditions, it has indicated the direction for Okayama Prefecture's measures to address social population decline and clarified specific challenges and prospects for retaining young people and women.
