The detailed analysis of survey results includes collections of economic assessment rationales for all 11 regions (Hokkaido, Tohoku, North Kanto, South Kanto, Koshinetsu, Tokai, Hokuriku, Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu, Okinawa), each published in PDF format, with detailed records of specific economic conditions and industry trends by region for both current conditions and future outlook.
A characteristic feature of this survey is that while expectations for summer bonuses and wage increases are shown for the future outlook, concerns about continued price increases and impacts of U.S. trade policies also coexist. This reflects the current situation where Japan's economy is in a moderate recovery trend while facing downside risks from domestic and international uncertainty factors.
The article concludes that as assessments based on the on-site perceptions of economy watchers, it indicates a situation where some weakness is observed in Japan's economic recovery, while demonstrating the importance of future policy management and monitoring of economic trends.
