Strengthening Digital Human Resource Development To address the shortage of IT and digital human resources essential for DX promotion, concrete measures are being considered, including expanding programming education in school education, supporting reskilling for working adults, and promoting corporate education. Particular emphasis is placed on enhancing specialized human resource development programs in AI, data science, and cybersecurity fields, and promoting practical education through industry-academia-government collaboration.
Promoting Utilization of Diverse Human Resources The focus is on securing labor force through diverse human resource utilization, including promoting women's active participation, expanding acceptance of highly skilled foreign workers, supporting continued employment of elderly people, and promoting employment of people with disabilities. The policy direction also includes supporting talent retention and ability demonstration through constructing flexible work environments such as promoting side jobs and dual employment, improving telework environments, and responding to work style diversification. The goal is to strengthen the human foundation that supports sustainable industrial development.
