Analysis of Passenger Traffic Growth Factors
Financial magazine "InfoMoney" (August 31 issue) cites the following as main factors for increased passenger traffic:
Economic Factors:
- Expansion of aviation usage due to rising income levels
- Recovery and enhancement of aviation routes after COVID-19
- Shift from overseas travel to domestic travel demand due to strong dollar effects
Aviation Industry Recovery Status
Brazil's aviation industry has completely recovered from severe pandemic impacts and is confirmed to be on a growth trajectory. The particularly high 13.6% growth rate for international flights demonstrates complete removal of border restrictions and full resumption of international human exchange. Domestic flights also maintain steady growth, reflecting results that mirror the overall recovery trend of the Brazilian economy.
